Need Theme Music - Please Help...

Anyone know where I can get a good quality version of the theme music from Disney’s the “Year of A Million Dreams”? I found it in this video (link below) but need the music only. I’m building some home movies from that time to give the kiddies a xmas present this year. If it is available on a CD or something please let me know. Any help is appreciated.
