Need the name of a good DVC guide...

My DVC salesman retired and I need the name of a good salesperson. Please message me or list here. Also, if you would wouldn't mind sharing why they are good it would be a bonus. Thanks!

What are you looking for, what do you consider good? I wonder if it really matters since you only use a guide when buying direct and the prices are fixed so no price difference between the guides.

Actually, my parents want to buy a small direct contract. They want either Poly or BWV and really don't want the hassle of looking, wishing, waiting for a small contract. As I said, we don't have a current guide as ours retired and they want someone who is personable if they have any questions so I guess by good, I mean easy to work with and personable...lol.

Our guide Ricardo has been there for many, many years. We bought in 2008 and he is still there. He was there years before we bought. He is very personable, knowledgeable and low pressure.

They automatically assign you a new guide when yours leaves. So you have a guide. Our guide left and the way we found out was when the new guy wrote!

Most sale people are personable and easy to work with. They are trained to answer questions. The majority of the paperwork is done by others.

You most likely have already been assigned a new guide. Call MS and ask who was assigned to you.

I just had a great conversation with Ron. He was super helpful and I would recommend him for sure. He truly does know what he's doing and is NOT just out to make a sale. He steered us into waiting for the right direct option for us instead of jumping on direct at BWV on an impulse.

He was mine for my add on. Had no issues, he came back quickly.
