Need some TS breakfast and lunch suggestions!

We are going in July for 7 nights and have decided to do the Deluxe Dining Plan. We will be doing mostly signature(2TS) restaurants for dinners so that leaves us one more TS for either breakfast or lunch. We have never done a "sit down" breakfast or lunch. We will be traveling with both grandparents and children (DD16, DD12, DS9). My kids aren't into the characters too much anymore but we are planning Cinderella's Castle for lunch on one of the days. What are some really good places to eat breakfast or lunch? What are your favorite Table Service places? Thanks!

We like GF Cafe for breakfast or lunch......Nice relaxing atmosphere and really great CMs.
Kona's has good food but IMHO no atmosphere.....

Coral Reef for lunch would be nice for the entire family.
I have no idea about points....

Breakfast: Kona, Tusker House (get in AK before it opens...), and if you didn't mind some character meals, I think they're the best for breakfast: Crystal Palace (in MK early) and Chef Mickey's

Lunch: Liberty Tree Tavern, Coral Reef, Le Cellier, Sci-Fi, 50's PTC, Garden Grill.. all very good lunch spots!!
