HI,
I need to buy 3, $25.00 gifts for male/female.
No gift certificates, alcohol or candles.
Does anyone have a suggestions? I have shopper's block :confused3

Leaterman Micro's are wonderful. They are utility knives that fold like swiss army knives and fit on a key chain. All types of guys like them, not just handy/outdoorsmen types. They have tiny screw drivers that are always great to have. $15 at Walmart. List price is $22. ETA- girls like them too, I want one!

Starbucks has three or four packaged gifts in that price range. Chocolate and coffe is my favorite. It is $19.99

Everyone can use a nice pair of leather gloves in the winter.

A couple of DVD's. If used is ok you can get 4 for $25 at Blockbuster.

I recently did movie baskets for about that price. I bought a DVD (Elf or Polar Express), four packages of microwave popcorn and three large "movie" candies and put it in a basket/bowl from the Dollar Tree with the cellaphane shred. I think they turned out pretty nice. I hope the teachers like them!

Good luck!

* movie basket ~ DVDs, popcorn, candy

*breakfast basket ~ pancake mix, fancy syrup, etc

*warm cozy blanket/throw ~ either homemade no sew fleece throw or purchased blanket....Walmart has beautiful suede/wool blankets for $19.99 (if anyone ever asks what I want, it is that blanket)

*smores kit

*digital indoor/outdoor thermometer

*emergency road kit

*emergency chocolate kit ~ various types of choclate

*stationary kit ~ writing paper, fancy pens, stamps

*office kit ~ pen holder, business card holder...in Disney themes

*Happy New Year kit ~ many of the party stores carry New Year's Eve kits complete with hats, noise makers, plates, etc. Even if they are going out, they can have fun on New Year's Day.

*holiday paper kit ~ paper plates, fancy napkins, plastic cutlery, candles, tablecloth....during this busy time it would be nice to pull out some paper products and not have to do dishes.

*mini-muffin tin with muffin mix

I just posted this idea on the other thread aout $25 gifts: balsamic vinegar and quality olive oil (Maybe a small block of imported Parmesean cheese, too.)

These three simple ingredients will make almost any Italian-type dish taste amazing with almost no effort. They also work on bread and salad too. Quality balsamic vinegar and real Parmsean cheese are little luxuries that many people skip over, but once you taste them, wow! The real cheese tastes NOTHING like the powdered stuff they have at the grocery store!

old navy fleece blanket 10.00 add in basket with personalized mug, gourmet coffee and biscotti. You probably wouldn't buy for yourself but would love to have.

Do you have the store The Christmas Tree Shop? They have so many awesome things in there you could get some great presents in there for 25.00

Good luck and let us know what you end up getting.

Unisex-- I went to Homegoods and found some very nice tea/coffee sets with mugs and all.

Too bad you can't do liquor.. there are some nice sets for under $25 as well.

Nice fancy Lenox style ornaments-- those are inexpensive.
