Need recipe from a defunct Pleasure Island restaurant

Portobello (it's now Terralina) was one of out favorite restaurants and a cornerstone of what made Pleasure Island great. Marcello, the late wine steward, not only had a wonderful personality, but he made a great Italian sangria called Vino con Fruta. Does anyone have the recipe from Marcello?
