Need Point info for flax seed.

I bought some flax seed and have been sprinkling it on my salads. But I bought it from a bulk display so I don't have any NI. Can anyone offer the NI or Point(s) for 1 teaspoon of flaxseed? Thanks in advance..............P

1 tbsp is 1 point for Flax seeds

for the oil 1 tsp is 1 point, 1 tbsp is 4 points
