Need lots of help

Well my 180 days will be coming up soon, and this is my first ever WDW vacation!!

I need help with our TS meals. These are the ones I am thinking of right now. Keep in mind that we will have a 3yo DD that is very much into princesses and DS will be 21mo. We will be there for 8 days.

The German resturant at Epcot
Whatever the meal is with the Little Einstiens

I think it is better to do character breakfasts instead of dinner because you can get into the parks earlier, the food is great for picky kids (who doesnt like breakfast stuff??) and kids are not that grumpy.

We did CM dinner and it was terrible but I would love to try breakfast. When we took our then 3 year old to WDW she was so tired at dinner time that chicken nuggets or pizza were the only things we could get her to eat and she didnt do well with a slow moving TS place so we just did CS for the rest of the stay. We did the Princess Breakfast and she had the best time ever, so much so that we are going to take her to it again in January

The Princess Storybook in Norway. We had a 8:35 am ressie, first ones in the park, first ones to be seated. We sat to the far left rear of the place, right by the kitchen, there is a brown door and that is where the Princesses come out of so we were the first to see them. The food was super, the buffet very good and the girls had an amazing time with Belle, Ariel, Aurora and Mulan. I think there was another Princess still to come but once the 3 year old saw Ariel she was in her heaven and was ready to leave. Over 2 years later she still remembers eating breakfast with Ariel
