Hello!

My hubby just called from work a little while ago to let me know his company wants to send us to Wilton, England for a year or so. It looks like a lovely area.
Can anyone help me with schools ? I have a 4 yr old boy and here in the United States he is in preschool. Is Wilton a family friendly area?
.

Thanks!

There is a place called Wilton near us, in Wiltshire - if that's the place then it is a lovely little village, although I'm afraid I don't really know much about schools or the area in general. Wiltshire is a nice place to live, though, and the villages are generally friendly and good for kids.

go to wikipedia and search for wilton, you will get a few wilton's to choose from.

The only Wilton I know is in North Yorkshire and mainly consists of a huge chemical plant (ICI) :)

DH hasnt given me much info, now I see there are more than one Wilton. Im crossing my fingers that it is the one in Wiltshire, but I would guess it is the one in North Yorkshire, because he works for a large chemical plant... Exxon Mobil.
He has an information meeting today and I will know more then.
