Need help with WDW phone number

Hi all...I am not at my own computer and can't seem to get this one to do a search for me...
Does anyone have the "unofficial" toll-free numer to call and make a reservation? Can I use this number to call and see if I have a pin attached to my name/address? TIA for any info you all can give me!

This is the Disney Travel CO number. You can ask them about the pin, but also be sure to check how many profiles you might have. If you have a pin it will probably will not be in all. Some CM's build a new profile with each call as the info you key in does not show up in everyone's system. Good Luck!

I did try..got a very very nice CM who checked under everything..address, my name, my DH's name....alas! No pin or special offer for us.
