Need help with surprising three preschoolers!

I have convinced the mothers of my daughter's two best friends to come with me on a surprise Mommy-Daughter Disney vacation. The three girls are 4.5 years old. The trip is scheduled for January. We have each purchased matching Minnie Mouse suitcases, Mickey t-shirts, and personalized Minnie zip up hoodies for the girls.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to present the surprise to them? We were thinking about tying a Mickey balloon to the suitcase and perhaps, making a fake plane ticket for each of them. But what fun ideas do you have to actually give them those suitcases?

One idea I saw on YouTube that I love is putting helium Mickey and Disney-esque balloons in a box, and having the kids open it and being bombarded by balloons. And I would suggest wrapping the gifts in red and white polkadot wrapping paper and then putting them in the suitcases. There are so many cool ideas on Pinterest, and a few good ones on YouTube! I'd definitely check them out
