Need help with PhotoPass Archive disc

I'm not sure where to ask this, but I need some help/advice please. I bought the PhotoPass Archive Disc Pre-Arrival back in November. I thought they would send me a card or something. Now I don't know what to do and we leave Monday. I have the confirmation and order# but how do I make sure its going on our magic bands? I would also like to make sure our whole group gets linked up to it, there are 16 of us going. We arrive first then the next 4 days someone else will be arriving that I will want to add, and we are the last to leave. I just have no idea how to make sure that their bands get linked. I want to make sure none gets excluded because of something I have done. We are all staying on property but different reservations. Any help would be wonderful.

Call them. Have your confirmation number and they will tell you what to do.

If they all get a pp. card when entering the park, add the cards to your account if you haven't got them linked yet. Or get on ur mde and link your friends with you.

Thanks, I did call. At first I couldn't find the number, I think I'm just in panic mode and didn't search enough. They told me to NOT use our bands because our reservations are not linked, even if they are on my MDE. She said to just use the cards and then add the numbers to my account. I feel better now.
