Hi all--leaving here in 3 short days, but here is my dilemma. We are supposed to go see Fantasmic next Sunday evening. The weather is saying that this will be the coldest day out of the whole week (high 61, low 38!). The other days are around 70. I am wondering if I should move our ressies for Mamma Melrose and the Fantasmic show to another night. I know the forcasters aren't totally accurate 5 days out, but all the weather sites are saying the same thing for that day. I don't want our family to be miserable and cold sitting on concrete watching Fantasmic. What would you do??

The bleachers are metal but I get your point. That may be a bit cold to sit there for a few hours.

I'm wondering if you could wait until about 3 days out. I know a lot of times the forecast will change in a matter of days. Then if it was still going to be cold you could change your plans.

We went in November and had the dinner package with the Brown Derby (which I will never eat there again). We were at MGM for the afternoon and had planned on going back to the care for our jackets.

Well because of the big screw up at Brown Derby with our dinner we never had time. So we sat watching Fantasmic in our T-shirts and froze our butts off. Had we had a sweatshirt on we would have been fine.

What I am trying to say is if it is going to be cold just plan for it....where a sweatshirt or a jacket. This show is so worth watching even if you are a little cold.

I saw Fantasmic! in early January in that kind of weather. It's really no different being at Fantasmic! than anywhere else. Also, you'll have the preferred seating so you don't have to wait for a long time.
