Need Help with a recipe!

I have made these many times... but for some reason didnt buy enough bakers chocolate last night. Grrrrr. My question: can I substitute semi sweet chips for semi sweet bakers chocolate squares? It calls for 12 squares and I only have 8. It's for truffles made with cream chesse. No bake. Thanks!

Yes - each square is 1 oz (or it is in the packages I buy), so just melt 4oz of chocolate chips.

I always use the chips, because I always have those around.
