Mom has a walker, can she go on this excursion?

Is it less hassle with DCL.

Does DCL video tape the excursion?

Best way to book excursion either DCL or Capt. Marvin's.

If unable to get to port due to weather, does both give refunds?

You really should ask the company you book the excursion with about the walker. When we did Capt Bryans the boat is a little rocky when you get on and off so she might have a problem w/ balance and using the walker. The company may just tell you no for liability reasons so I would first ask them.

As far as I know all companies will refund you IF it is due to bad weather or not being able to dock for whatever reason. However, the local companies will go out in weather that DCL will find questionable. Not sure if DCL takes video but I think they take prof. photos...another question for DCL to be sure. Capt Bryan's cannot guarantee a videographer but they will try to get one....we didn't get one.

Our excursion w/ Capt Bryans was hassle free...you just have to be able to walk a couple blocks. Not sure how comfortable your mother will be using the walker that far. I'm sure DCL is hassle free but I know their catamaran is much more crowded and you can't stretch out due to that.

hmmm that is a tough one, Captain Bryans is great. I know they can accommodate wheel chairs as we had a lady onboard once who had one and they helped her but you are right, its a 2-3 block walk and it might be difficult with a walker. Maybe a taxi?

Maybe you should email them or see if the ship excursion would be easier for you.
