Need help! Feb 7 - Feb 14 plans

Hi!

I'm planning a trip with my girlfriend on February 7 to the 14th. I will be staying off site at Marriott's lake buena vista hotel and have a car booked. I will be arriving at 9 am on Friday. Also I have purchased through undercover tourist the following tickets: 3 day MYW Disney ticket, 2 day+1 Universal and IOF Ticket and 1+1 day BGT ticket.

Last time I visited Disney was about 10 years ago (im 30 years old) and my girlfriend (25 years old) last time she went she was 3 years old so she has almost no memories. I know im trying to squeeze alot of parks in 1 week but we are trying to get as much as we can done. We love thrill rides but my girlfriend likes the disney characters also. Need help deciding what order should we visit the parks. This is my preliminary calender:

7 - Friday Arrival 9:00 A.M
8 - Saturday Magic Kingdom
9 - Sunday Island of Adventure
10 - Monday Universal Studios
11 - Tuesday Hollywood Studios
12 - Wednesday Busch Gardens
13 - Thursday Epcot Center
14 - Friday Departure

Believe it or not you might be able to do HS and AK (if you got park hoppers)

I think starting with MK is good. I am always so sorry to leave Epcot!

I would agree, it's a lot of parks to visit. I would also agree to use the park hopper and possibly break your days up at WDW.
Can I ask why you aren't going to a park on the first day? In my experience, I would head to a park that day and have a day "off" towards mid to late in the week. You will want a break and be exhausted!
