do any of you have a email address or the proper channel that i could go through to submit a complaint. I had a situation at the MK and I would like to let them know about it. Thanks~
It's too late now, but it's ALWAYS more effective to bring a negative situation to the attention of persons with the ability to resolve said situation WHILE you are at the location. By waiting until you get home to complain, the 'best' result you might get would be a letter - and that's not even guaranteed if your correspondence is a complaint. I'm NOT telling you not to write to Disney, just preparing you for the most likely result.
I agree. If there was a problem you should have gone to guest relations or a CM. They could have made it right for you then. I am sure they want to hear of your experience but it would have been better to deal with it in person.
