Need advice

Planning another trip the first weer of Dec. and was curious if this is when pop warner is in town? Went last year mid Dec. and it was awesome. I noticed quite a few of the resorts booking up for my week(6th-11th). Can someone tell me if this is when they have pop warner in town?
