We have planned on surprising my son for a pre cruise trip to Universal and IOA. He loves roller coasters, but had never been on any really large, complicated coasters until last weekend.
Anyway, we have put a lot of money into this surprise...staying at PBH for two nights and have tickets to IOA for one day (5 of us). Last week, my son went on a church event where they ended up at Six Flags Over Texas. He told us that he rode a coaster called Mr. Freeze and became sick the second time he rode it. Now I am afraid that he will not want to get on any coasters at Universal. The rest of the family is not too keen on them either, so we were only doing the IOA trip for him. We hate to waste money on IOA if no one is going to ride the rides. We have been to the other park before, so that is not an option for a plan change.
Has anyone been on this ride, Mr. Freeze? Is there any ride at IOA that my son should stay away from based on his other experience?
