I am changing our ADR for dinner at Ohana, to dinner at 1900 Park Fare. Any advice on doing this without having the CM screw up all our ADRs? We have 7 TS ADRs and do not want any of them to get erased by accident! So, what is the right thing to say to them so they don't mess them all up? I have a list of all our conf. #'s, so I am ready with all that info but still, want the trip to go smoothly! We're on the DDP too!

Anyone have experience with changing one ADR? This is definitely the only time I will be doing this, so no more calls after today. But I would definitely like to do this today.

Also, what happens if I cancel our dinner at Ohana, then find out 1900 Park Fare is not available that same evening? Help!!!

Unfortunately I have had to do this a few times. First I call to make the new ressie. If they have what I am looking for, I make the reservation and complete that down to the confirmation number. Then I tell them I have a cancelation and they do that seperately. If the person I am talking to doesn't seem to be with it. I hang up, call again and do the cancelation, then I ask that person to confirm the new reservation. I know I am crazy, but I've never had a problem. Knock on wood!!!

I also call a couple days before leaving and confirm all my reservations!!! I leave nothing to surprises. :yay:

That is my phrase for just about anything in life, if I am on the phone and the person does not know what he/she is talking about, I tell them another call is coming through, get off the phone, call back and hope for someone who does know what they are talking about....Disney or anywhere..

:thumbsup2 I'd call and make sure that 1900 Park Fare is available first, make the ressie, and then cancel the other.

Thank you so much everyone!! Okay, I am going to do this now...make the new ressie then cancel the old one. Wish me luck!

Take care,
Bonnie
