Need Advice about New Years booking

I would like to stay at a studio room at SSR from Dec 29-Jan 2. I want to just call 11 months before the checkout date but wanted to know if I should book each day separately sine it is a popular time? I just did that to book my summer trip AT BCV but I know SSR has much more rooms available. Thanks in advance for your advice..

Hi there,

I stayed at SSR for Dec 30th & NYE 2004. While I can't say what it'll be like this year (!) what I can tell you is that I booked it 7 months and 2 days before we stayed there, and the CM said there were plenty of rooms left. We had a 2 br.

Thanks for the advice... If a 2 bedroom room was available then a studio should definitely be available.

Since you know that's what you want to book, I would play it safe and call on Feb. 1 to book through New Year's Eve and then call back and add the last night. NYE is the one night that might be a problem. My feeling is it's always easier to cancel than to book.

Even if for some reason a night isn't available when you call at the 11-month mark, I'm sure something will open up prior to your trip in December.
