I went the black stone route. I do miss open flame. I don’t miss trying to keep an open flame clean inside so it doesn’t make a mess in my storage area.
Thats what we got, WM has 22", with hood and stand for less than $200 on website. I bought adapter hose on Amazon that let's me hook it up to camper gas line.Woah! We are looking at the 36" for the backyard, but the $400 one haha.
But I think we will settle on a 22" that goes camping with us instead.
Sorry, didn't see your post until this morning. Last night was homemade chicken tortilla soup and a large salad; Healthy night. Once it warms up to above 30F I'll probably start off with a steak, grilled (griddled) potatoes and onions, and another salad. Not sure when that weather will be, however. So what’s for dinner?
Got the 22" BS for Christmas. Santa was actually reading the wish list this year, WooHoo!!!
So what’s for dinner?
I never would have thought about cooking soup and salad on a Blackstone. I'll have to try that.Last night was homemade chicken tortilla soup and a large salad
Wouldn't recommend it...soup kept running into the grease catcher and the salad wilted quickly...I never would have thought about cooking soup and salad on a Blackstone. I'll have to try that.

We have a Steelmade flat top griddle for our stove. I use it all the time. So my griddle game is strong (or at least I think so).
