I think that it is fairly likely that people will do what I did when I first saw it -- pronounce it as Ella-SEN.
I think you should take that into account when choosing the middle name; it needs good flow to counteract it. Playing around with the rhythm, it sounds to me like a one-syllable middle name will work best to keep "Ellasen" sounding like Allison.
So, my votes would be Grace, Claire, Rose, or Jane. Or perhaps Paige or Faith. Anne doesn't work -- too alliterative.
PS: I'd stay well away from using any kind of place name as a middle name in this case, because it makes a lame joke. "Ella's in ... [Paris, London, Brooklyn, Cheyenne, etc.)
