Need a butt kicking

After losing a chunk of weight, I've put on 6 this past month or so. I've been under stress and have been stress eating. I need to kick this in the bud.
 
Aww, you don't need a kick in the tail. You just need to get back in the saddle. You've lost the weight once, so you know you can do it. Here's a pat on the back for the weight you've already lost. You can do it!

Just wanted to say, i'm right there with you. I have gained 10-lbs in the last month. I know what to do, I just need to do it. I'm starting in the morning. Join me? :goodvibes
 

What are you eating or drinking? Maybe you can do stuff "differently".

My dd put her school snacks in her bedroom and I have the soda in the basement.

It forces me to do 1 extra step and I have to think about snacking, eating the "junk food".

Not sure if it will apply to you but every bit helps. I am struggling pretty bad right now.:headache:
 
I know exactly what you mean. I have done just about the same thing because of stress, thanks to congress. Just today some of those worries have been put to rest so I plan to get back on track. I've got to get in shape for our trip to Disney!:goodvibes

Thanks - I have been hitting the sweets and starches hard. I have to just stop buying the junk.

I have been meaning to do the Leslie Sansone Walk Away DVD and today I did 15 minutes. Hope to do at least that tomorrow maybe 30 minutes.
I am going to set a goal of losing 5 pounds by the end of the month. Good luck everyone we can start losing!!!
