Navigating the My Disney Experience (MDE) Web Site and App

I logged in to the My Disney Experience app today and clicked on "My Reservations" to see what was showing up for our May trip as I was curious to see if things like our Harmony Barber Shop reservation would be linked (it's not). I was surprised when I looked under "tickets and passes" and saw out tickets listed, as well as a separate line that says, "FastPass+ Experience". Does anyone else see this under their reservations?

On mine I don't see the tickets and passes section (maybe because I'm a passholder?), but I do have the "Fastpass+ Experience" line. So go figure.

I have it too but you try and click on it the button doesn't do anything.

Thats because its not a button, its a header. If you compair it to the Resort Reservations and the Dining Reservations headers it matches the style.

We can assume that they added this because in the very near future some guests will be able to make fast pass plus reservations. They will appear here under that header the sames as the dining reservations show up under the dining reservation header.

I also don't see the Tickets and Passes heading. Do you have a room and ticket package? Or are your tickets separate? If separate, did you purchase them through the MDE website?

I have the "Tickets and Passes" heading in the "Reservations" section. The tickets and passes is a heading just like the "Rooms & Packages", "Dining Reservations", and "FastPass+ Experience" headings.

Listed under "Tickets and Passes" it says "Convention 6-Day Base + 1 FUN..." and also lists "Convention 3-Day Base + 1 FUN...". This is where it is weird. The 6 day base ticket is mine, the 3 day ticket is my MIL, but it doesn't show the tickets for my 2 kids and DH, who are all listed and managed by my account. My MIL is "friends" with me on MDE but is NOT managed by me, so I think that is why it's showing hers and not the kids. Who knows... I bought our park tickets over the phone through the convention reservations department, not via MDE. Hope this helps.
 
I booked a room only PIN plus tickets, which now shows as a Magic Your Way package. Under tickets it shows "6 Day Base Ticket" and my name but doesn't list the tickets or names of the other two ticketed members of my party even though I booked and paid for all of us under the single room reservation.

Thank I did find them on the app. I am going to bring a paper copy, just in case.

Same with me and I booked as pkg. I'm lead guest on ressie.
 
This app sucks! Yesterday I added the family and friends who are accompanying us on our trip. Today the names are gone except for one and I can't figure out how to add them back. Those name are still listed under my profile. I also added names to another reservation and I need to edit the info on one of the. Since the names of guests have vanished, I can't edit him. Are you confused yet? I am!
 
I didn't lose family but can't add them to dining. Reservations show party of 4 but when I go to add their names/ link them app tells me reservation is for 1

Also couldn't change birthday of family member and can't delete and reenter because they are linked to room reservation

Don't really care for app at all

Have you tried to do these things on the website instead of using the app? Did you have the same problems? I've so far found the website to be much easier to work with.
 
Are any links of MDE operating today? Finally picked up my AP, but can't register it b/c that MDE link doesn't respond. Then tried other links and they don't respond either (i.e. photopass)
 
I have the issue with dining ressies, too. I think it's because the ressie was put in originally for 6 adults, but I have 2 kids. Either that it's because the names are slightly mismatched. In any case, it's driving me nuts that I can't fix the guest list.

What I'm unsure about is if calling Disney Dining will help. I really want to get them on there so that the ressies will show up under both DH and my profiles on the app. He made the ressies, but we both have smart phones (and I'm lending an old smart phone to my FIL, too, so he can look up the ressies as well).
 
I booked dining and went well, it still needs so work.

I'm wondering because isn't the new fast plus + somehow linked to park tickets?

FWIW my dland pass is already linked under my profile without me doing anything. It's under "about me," "my affiliations "but I had previously entered my pass on the old dland site. It looks like from this screen you can add a pass by clicking on "add an affiliation"
