I've been so busy since we got back from our last cruise that I forgot to share a little incident that happened in Nassau that really made my day...it was one of those really funny moments! I was going to put it in my trip report but forgot, so I'll share it here.
We never leave the ship anymore in Nassau...we pretend it's a day at sea, and if we have a verandah, we enjoy some time out there. We were in good ol' 5650 on this trip, and I noticed that there were a number of U.S. Navy boats docked across the way. I was checking them out with binoculars and noticed a crewman on deck who was also looking through binoclulars (some mega-powered ones, mounted on a swivel post). He had no idea I was watching him, but another crewman took over and sure enough, he turned my way and watched me watching him! We waved in greeting to each other and had a little "bonding" moment. A silly little thing, but it really made me chuckle!
