National Question

I was looking at my itenerary today, and it looks like i booked one to many days on my car rental. I went into national and the prices are much higher even for a day less. My question is, will I be charged for the day, if I return the vehicle earlier then expected (1 day)....

If you have a weekly rate, and reducing it by 1 day, makes it a daily rate, then yes, they will charge you at least the weekly rate.

If you have time, keep checking the rates, they may go down.

Thanks Alot! Its a 1 Week Rate, Then 2 Day Rate, but I will be shortning it to a 1 week, 1 day...

That might help,that it is already a weekly rate,plus 2.

I would call them and see if they can help over the phone. They may have to overrride it to allow you to drop one day. I had an expired QS number on my Alamo ressie. I called, they assigned the new QS number but had to redo the reservation, overriding it to grant me the same rate I originally had........... (new reservation number, etc) They can do things that you can't do online yourself. (Not to say that they WILL)
