National/Emerald reserve question

When you reserve a car at National as an Emerald Club member, should there be a line in the reservation quote that says that you are using the "Emerald reserve" service? I didn't see one on my reservation quote (also didn't see it when I tried to reserve an intermediate-size car in the Emerald Aisle). I seem to remember seeing it in the past. Anyone know? I just want to make sure that I can go right to the garage. Thanks!

Yes there should be a reference to emerald reserve on the reservation. It will be listed under "Level of Service".

It should also say your "level of service is: Emerald Reserve or Emerald Aisle" in your email confirmation as well.

Make sure you are logged in with as an Emerald Club member. If you don't, you won't see that info. On the member page it allows you to choose if you want Emerald Aisle or Emerald Reserve.

If you just check or make a ressie from the homepage without logging in, you won't get those options.
