Nassau with 5 year olds

Hello!

We are taking our first Disney cruise for our family reunion in May. We were looking at what to do in Nassau with the kids (3, all 5 years old) without spending a ton of money as the trip itself is already expensive enough. Preferably without spending any money all (aside from lunch/alcohol because the adults be on vacation too tyvm). Any suggestions? We thought of just sticking around the straw market and getting a drink at Senior Frogs, but if there is anything else worth looking at then we are up for suggestions. The Atlantis excursions are just too expensive considering how many of us are going.

Also throwing in there that we have one disabled person with us so disabled/wheelchair friendly stuff would be appreciated. She may or may not go, it's up to how she's feeling that day, but we don't want to leave her out either.

We have not done this yet but we are taking our 5 year old to the Pirate Museum on our cruise next month. I've read good reviews and it is a short walk from the ship as well as inexpensive ($13/adult, $6.50/child).

We've been to Nassau a few times so last time we walked to Junkanoo Beach. Didn't cost us a penny and we had a blast swimming for a couple hours. It was a little past Senor Frogs.

We spent a fortune on the Atlantis Tour & Aquarium a couple years ago it was soooo overpriced for what it was to the point we were really upset. We were mych happier with our free beach excursion

Our first DCL cruise our kids were 3 and 5. We took a cab to Cabbage Beach (my husband and I had been there several years before that). Locals make really strong drinks in coconuts for super cheap too!!

I'll look into the museum and Junkanoo. I'll also suggest Cabbage Beach but with 11 of us the taxis over there might make things difficult. I found a Hilton day pass to use their section of beach and pool but no one has said yay or nay yet.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. If anyone else has any, I'm open to hearing them.

This isn't what you are asking, but our kiddos usually don't want to get off the ship at Nassau. We did once walk around a bit and visit some shops with ODS. I think he would like the pirate museum at some point.

When it was just DH and I we really enjoyed drinks at Senor Frogs on the patio over the water.
