The Dolphin Excursion is not available on-line anymore for our trip in January. I know .... I waited too long to book. Life just got in the way!
Should I book direct? How do you do this? Or is there a chance we can book once we get on the ship?
We are a family of 4 The kids are 10 and 5 Is there another suggestion if we cannot do this?

:thanks:

Hi JKK,

We were on the Nov. 5th 4 night cruise and my husband and 8 year old daughter did the dolphin encounter. We booked it through dolphin encounter since there were not any excursions avail on the ship anymore. We were too late in deciding to book for this too.:-)

They did the 1:30 dolphin encounter excursion and had no problems. They took a taxi over to the Paradise Island Ferry. I think it cost them about $10 for the both of them to do this. There were people from DCL at their 1:30 excursion too and I think that they took the boat back from Blue Lagoon. Disney had 2 dolphin encounters that day ( 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon). My husband and daughter got back around 4:45. They had a good time.

Let me know if you have any other questions. Feel free to send me a PM and I will try to answer your questions

If you cant do the dolphin encounter the aquarium at Atlantis is neat to see. You can book through disney or take a taxi and buy tickets at the hotel itself.
Also the pirate museum is very good, It only takes about an hour to do, on your own, costs $12 person. It is an easy walk from the ship. Big pruple building, 2 blocks behind the straw market.

Good luck,
