We took our 3 year old twins there a few weeks ago. We had a later reservation, too, 7:45, which made me nervous. We did the whole deal (appetizers through desserts) with a slow waiter and a break for Wishes, but we didn't come close to a full 2 hours. We had small (and quiet) toys for the kids to play with and they did well. The only difficult part was that it took a while to be seated (they somehow lost our information after we checked in), but that was fairly quickly remedied.
We always try to be sensitive when we eat out and if our kids aren't behaving well, we leave. We "practiced" with them a lot before our trip and made our expectations clear.
We weren't the only kids around and the waitstaff was obviously used to smaller ones. It isn't the quietest restaurant, but the atmosphere was nice enough that the kids knew they needed to be on their best behavior.
