So where does one begin?
We finished up our apps and out comes the entrees.
My Boss decided to have the
Grilled Ahi Tuna - white bean chorizo cake, tomato-fennel ragout and micro basil.
As we all hold our breath....he declares....."
it's good"
whew......1st round down....the Boss has decreed that his entree was good!

Moving on his lovely Wife ordered the
Steamed Whole Maine Lobster - potato gratin and steamed baby broccoli
As we waited for dinner, she was musing about the fact that her first lobsta of 2008 was in Florida and that she had to travel all the way from Coonecticut to Florida to have a Maine Lobster.
Now...we were expecting a 1 1/2 pounder, but out they bring a 2 1/2 pounder~!
No need for those plastic bibbs, the Cheffs broke the lobester in half and cracked the claws and presented it artistically on the plate!
The Boss' Wife declares this is the best lobster I have had in a long time!
The only thing that we notice is that the little tentacle claws under the belly are missing.....hhmmm....someone out back must be suckin on all that sweet goodness!
