My Son Loves Halloween...5/5 3 updates! Main Street, castle, statue photos

Jacob was going to write the next part, but he has been pretty busy.

Friday was the end of the first quarter of school. He had to have all his book reports in. For a kid who loves to read he does NOT like to write book reports. Not sure how many reports he needed, but he did four Disney books. The two Kingdom Keepers books, A biography on Walt, and a Magic of Animation Book.

This weekend he went on a scout campout, and came home exhausted.

Hopefully we will get the next update done Mon or Tues.
Photos are uploaded, so just got to put it together.

After Small World we rode Peter Pan. No pictures though. After that, we headed over to Buzz! On the way there we saw lots of cool decorations, and I got to do the limbo!

We finally got to Buzz. Keep in mind that my mom had not been on Buzz in 6 years! I had rode it 7 months ago.

We headed down Main Street to put some things into a locker. Main street on a MNSSHP looks really cool. They sell these skull necklaces that move their mouth.

Then, we ran into Goofy!!!

At first he was afraid of my skelotony pirate-y self, but we made up.

I wish we had purchased one of those skeleton necklaces, they were cool, maybe next year.

We didn't really get to see main street lit up like that since we arrived before it started and left when the parade was coming. Something else to catch next time!

We meant to buy a skeleton necklace, but we never did. I loved watching them move. That would have been fun to put in the window at home for Halloween.
I also saw a light up tinkerbell that I meant to pick up for Hannah, but forgot.

We came in early Friday and after 7 on Sunday and the difference was amazing.

Jacob and I were discussing which day we would wear iron on shirts vs. the Wall E shirt he would wear. I slipped and said Chef Mickey's day, Hannah heard and she pouted. Then she asked if we would make her a tie dye shirt too. Jacob slipped and said she was getting a present everyday. Oops. He didn't know that was a surprise. No one can keep a secret in this house.
So now Hannah can't wait for us to leave.

Hannah decided to be a magician. She pretty much did this on her own too.

You have raised some marvelously independant little people. I'm learning all the time from you wonderful dis-ers.

I decided to try a pressed penny cleaning tip!
Scrub them with ketchup and they clean up. Then shine them with a paste of baking soda and water. It worked pretty good on the pre 1982 copper pennies but on the post 1982 the ketchup turned the penny dark. I got them back to normal by rubbing them with a pencil eraser. Problem is I can't see the year any more to tell which is which.

I know, I comment too much. LOL I love your pennies and your ideas.

I was reading a trip report, when Hannah told me I like Disney too much.

So, I told her she didn't like Disney enough.

She said she likes Disney like a "normal" person.

I think she was not happy that I was on "MY" computer. She wanted to use it.

Even though we'd just seen Goofy at LTT, we had to meet him again since he had changed to his candy apron. Plus there was only one person in line. Guess everyone was already in the park, and waiting for the fireworks.
