My Only Complaint!!

We were disapointed in Shutterss. Some of our best family pictures are from other cruises. But The lines were so long on formal nights or to get pictures with a character we have hardly any. The hours are way to short and very crowded. They need to have more photographers out and about on the ship day and night. For impromptu family photos.

We're going on our first cruise and was wondering if anyone could tell me how much/what size the photos from Shutters are? We'd like to get a group photo down for our parents and our TL wants to pay for it so was wondering how much to plan for. Any info would be appreciated. We're on the 1/4 Magic repositioning cruise.
