Hi,

We will be traveling to WDW 6/14-6/18. We arrive late afternoon on Sat. the 14th so we'll just stay at the resort. On Sunday we plan on taking advantage of EE and will head straight to Fantasy Land. I hope we can get it done in an hour and then at park opening we will head to tomorrow land. I've heard that toontown opens at 10am - should we go there for 10am or is it too crowed and better later? We'll be wanting to try Barnstormer. My goal would be to do Fantasy Land, Tomorrow Land and Toontown by noon - is this too much? The kiddies are 6, 3 and almost 1 so we wont be doing the big thrill rides like Space Mountain, AlienE etc. At noon we'll either have lunch at Mk or head back to the resort for naps etc. I don't think we'll make it back to MK until after our early dinner. We'll go back and revisit the kids favorites.

We'll go back to MK on Tues. to do the other lands. I haven't been to AdventureLand or Frontierland in 10 YEARS so I'm not sure what my strategy should be - any ideas? Whats best for the kids? Thanks so much these boards have been great!

Get to toontown right when they open. Within an hour they seem to get mobbed and stay that way. We always head there as soon as possible. This year we got on the barnstormer in less then 5 minutes. By the time we rode, ds wanted to go again. The line was almost a 1/2 hour wait. Same thing in getting autographs. We went to see Pooh and friend. Walked right in. When we went to get back in line to see the princesses the wait was almost 20 minutes. (when we had seen pooh, there was no line).
As for the other lands, Jungle Cruise always seems to have a wait. Possibly get a FP and do POC, then the Jungle Cruise.

I've never visited in June (and honestly hope that I never have to ;) ), but doing all of that by noon seems reasonable to me.

I doubt you'll get through Fantasyland in an hour. Some of those rides are notorious slow loaders (Dumbo, Carousel), plus you've also got 2 FastPass rides (Pooh and Peter Pan) which could get backed-up quickly.

If you plan on 2 hours for Fantasyland, then you can head straight to Toontown at 10am. When finished at Toontown, then move over the Tomorrowland. If you don't want to visit Space Mountain or Alien Encounter, that doesn't leave much to do in Tomorrowland--Buzz Lightyear, TTA and Astro Orbiter. Oh, and Tomorrowland Speedway, too, but I wouldn't recommend that one at all. Even in the off-season times that I've visited, the queue has been longer than most Fastpass rides. Unless you hit the Speedway shortly after it opens, I wouldn't bother.

Buzz Lightyear is a FastPass attraction, so you might want to send someone from your party to get FastPass tickets while you're all moving over to Toontown. Hard telling how long the standby line will be as it gets close to noon. TTA shouldn't be a problem, and you're on your own with regard to Astro Orbiter--another REALLY slow loading ride.

Good luck, and remember to have fun while you're dashing from one ride to the other. :)

I can be done! We have done this on all of our trips except last summer when EE was suspended. If you are there as soon as they let you in you should be able to do fantasyland in that hour of EE. If you need to skip an attraction I would recommend Small World, not because it is annoying but because there are rarely lines for this ride and they move pretty quick. We can usually add at least one trip on Buzz during EE as well.

Get a FP before you head to Toontown. Be at Toontown for rope drop and you may get to tour Mickey and Minnie's house with them. It's always cool to see the mouse at home. Lines for Barnstormer get long quick so hit this asap. After touring and getting autographs it should be time for your FP. Get another before you ride to maximize your time.

Are you tired yet? This is a great time for an early lunch or a late character breakfast.

I know this sounds really exhausting but it truely isn't. This is the only commando touring we do because the lines for fantasyland rides can get seriously long.
