I'm not really sure at this point. I will probably just try to increase my speed. I'd like to be running 3 - 4 meals each time I workout. It's too early to begin officially training for the half so I haven't figured out exactly what I'm going to do. Once my husband returns from deployment this summer, I'll start doing some longer runs outside on the weekends.
Well I would say keep at it! Don't want to reach your goal, take a break, and have to start over again.
I'm sure this isn't advice, you already knew that!!!!!

My birthday presents from Chuck, purchased at his first port call, are on their way to me. They were bought while he was in Dubai so I'm very anxious to see what what he got me.
