ThanksJust another day around here.
I'm not really sure at this point. I will probably just try to increase my speed. I'd like to be running 3 - 4 meals each time I workout. It's too early to begin officially training for the half so I haven't figured out exactly what I'm going to do. Once my husband returns from deployment this summer, I'll start doing some longer runs outside on the weekends.
Well I would say keep at it! Don't want to reach your goal, take a break, and have to start over again.
I'm sure this isn't advice, you already knew that!!!!!
