Yup, I do believe so.
One year we started our trip out at AKL- but after one night I decided I wanted to go back to where my home away from home was... Ft Wilderness cabins. The move over was a nightmare!
But we finally got settled in and cont. on with our trip. Well, come the last day of our trip, there wasn't a checkout invoice on my van. We went to the front- told them I was ready to check out. Received my invoice and headed to the car. I get in and hubby says, there's a CM chasing after you, I think? Sure enough he knocks on my window and asks, why are you leaving?
Hmmm, time to go home?? (sorta seemed like a silly question)
He says, but you have 1 more night, 1 more ticket and food remaining on your package.
I looked over at hubby knowing full well we didn't. We had used that on our first day at AKL. I explained to him we didn't - about our change over. He says well, we have you do so stay and enjoy.
We almost did but thought for sure Disney would find their error and we would end up paying for it.
We left- the following week I received a check from Disney for a few hundred dollars. HUH????
I called - asked what it was... a refund for checking out early. Are you kidding me???
I again explained the situation- I was advised to cash and not worry about it.
From what I was told when we moved over the package started over like new- so it showed we still had 1 night, 1 day passes and food available. And we left early- Disney sent us a refund. HOW nice of them, eh??
So did I ever deposit the check? One will never tell
