Oh, I'm so excited and so nervous - I have my interview on April 14. Any suggestions on how to prepare? It's an internal job, but in a different field than I'm in now. I also met with my boss' boss today for lunch, and she said she'd give me a good referral -- she said she felt my talent and expertise were being underutilized in my current position and supports any effort of mine to further my career and grow.
