I don't know where to post this, but since you people access your reservations a lot in order check for discounts, etc., I thought I'd try asking here.
Every time I call Disney to make adjustments, check for discounts, or access my reservation for any reason, my telephone number and email address are wrong in the Disney computer system. Every CM "corrects" it, but the next time I call it is wrong again. It keeps reverting back to an old home phone number from 3 years ago, and my husband's old work email address. What gives, and what can I do to fix this? I KNOW I gave them my current information when initially booking my package, so this is not the problem. Does this happen to anyone else?

Now, another year later, the address seems to stay correct (uh, oh - maybe I shouldn't have said that since the day is young!

They have been divorced for more than 10 years. I gave my email address when we made the reservations and each time I call to make a payment they still have her email address and a phone number for us from about 9 years ago. Each time I give them the correct info and they promise me it has been corrected. NOT!! I have given up trying to get it fixed!!!
