My hunt is back on!

Well I am back on to purchase a 50-65 point contract at the end of the year through say March, perhaps. Hoping pricing might fall a bit but I am skeptical on that. But my husband and I have now decided we would like to own at either SSR, AKV, or BRVs,

We already own a water access lake lot at Lake Weiss in Alabama and we see a great amount of similarities in there and at Hilton Head so we have since decided against Hilton Head.

Anyway, I'll be back on the hunt and hopefully will get to purchase come the end of the year. Cheers!

Thats the key. If you are not in a rush, you won't buy something that isn't quite what you want. Good luck finding an inexpensive low point contract. They generally seem to go at a premium, but if you are patient, you may find one.
