My first PFTS was......

Incredible !!!!The food was wonderful, the wines, beers, and champagne were incredible, Cirque du Soleil was great, and best of all, the DISers we met up with were the greatest-we had so much fun. I will definitely do this event next year

So glad you enjoyed it! It is a must do for DH and I each October - it has become our first Saturday tradition! Heading to our 4th ever party on 10/20, and counting down the days!

Glad you enjoyed the party. We are trying for the first time in a couple of weeks...btw, how was seating? I've heard that in the past seating was at a premium but that last year it was improved. What was your experience this year?

We were with a large group, and we arrived at 5:45 to get in line. We had a few people in our group go ahead to try to get tables. Tables go fast!! We took turns getting up to get food so we wouldn't lose our seats.

Did you go to the eat to the beat concert? I am looking forward to the Village People in 2 weeks but with a 5:45pm show, does that mean we miss part of the PFTS? I don't want to miss even a few minutes of the party, of course! Also is seating really even an issue? Can't you just eat your sample standing like you do at a cocktail party? How was Cirque du Soleil?

I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOO excited!!!
