I have received a couple E-mail Pin codes now, but they are not in my name, but my mother's name. I am guessing they are coming to my Inbox because several years ago my parents traveled with us and I booked two rooms and used my E-mail for confirmation.

I have to be honest here, it KILLS ME when I get a pin code in their name, because I can't use it, right? They are too frail to travel anymore and we no longer feel comfortable taking them on trips so far away, so that's out of the question.

Will Disney remove my E-mail address from my parent's account, or will they have to call to do that? I know this sounds really juvenile, but it seriously bothers me!! It's like dangling the prize right in front of me, just out of reach. Pure Agony!! LOL!! I suppose I should just call them.............sigh.

I feel for you, because this happens over and over to us. I took a girls trip with a college friend 3 years ago, and they started sending her emails to my husband's email address and also mail to our home address. It's very frustrating. Why they chose to assign his info to her, we cannot figure out. Even his AP renewals were coming addressed to her, and she's never had one. We called, we wrote, we emailed, and it continues. And they have never let us use the pin codes. Both we and a TA have tried.
