My Disney Experience Question

ok so we haven't been to DW in 4 years....my hubby & older kids are all under me to manage their plans as that is how we did it 4 years ago, however now that the kids are older (17 & 21) they will most likely be on their own a lot (thank god ) with that said shouldn't they all have the apps on their phones? If so do they log into my account from their phones or do they all create their own accounts? If they create their own accounts how the heck do i link them to me? My husband did this as a test and i am i cant figure out how to link him to me or even put his magic band on his account I even tried to scan in the ticket from undercover tourist (which is under my name) and it wont link UGH!!!! When i log into my account I see his magic band is activated so i know i did it right but we cant get it to show up under his account in the app.....HELP please and thanks in advance!!

To link your husband: open your F&F list, click his name, click Scan Linking Code if you’re physically where you can scan the code in his MDE on his device or click Send Email and enter the email address he used to set up his account. That should link your two accounts. After you have that working, the kids can set up their MDE accounts, and you link to them the same way.

The same thing happened to me I was lost!! YouTube had great step by step videos .. just make sure nothing is linked to their old account.. I accidentally did that for one of the tickets and it took me a bit to figure it out … belive it or not Google .. disboards snd YouTube helped before Disney IT even picked up the phone!! 120 minute wait .. crazy!!
