My Disney Experience Question

We're looking to stay at AKL for one night (staying offsite for the rest of our trip), it's cheaper to book through expedia but does anybody know if we can use the MDE app to book FP+ if we book that way? Also if we could use the app to book FP+ for the day of check in and the day of check out? We booked our Disney tickets through undercover tourist not directly through Disney too.

Yes, you can link the Expedia resort stay and your UT tickets to MDE. To do the resort reservation, you do need to get the WDW confirmation number through Expedia. I booked through the Expedia UK (it was quite a bit cheaper than the US version) and after 2-3 days, when I logged in and clicked on "My Itineraries," the WDW conf was in the upper right hand corner.
