My Disney Experience....HELP!

We have 5 different reservations for November 2014 and they are all linked together, trouble is my ticket does not show up. Our room is in DW name and she sent me an invite to link my profile. When I log into my account I can see all the rooms and most of the other tickets, however no ticket in my name shows up. Also it shows me on the Resi on her account but no ticket on hers either. (could it be due to the fact my son and I have the same name? His ticket shows on her profile) Anyone else have similar issues with MDE?

I had an issue where APs were showing on some of our accounts but not on others. I had to call Disney IT and it was because there were multiples of the same person. Therefore, some stuff was linked to one copy of a person and other stuff was linked to another copy of that same person.

I would first check and see if you are able to link your ticket again. If not, it could be that the names are confused in MDE. Or, could you possibly have more than one you floating around in MDE (this could happen if you created your own profile and your wife also added you to her profile before inviting you to plan and share---this makes your copy of you and your wife's copy of you)?
