Wife and myself spent a lovely Sunday morning with the passholder support line. A glorious 2 and half hours

Had cancelled our August trip and the passes were set to expire 8/23. 5 total gold passes and was originally told that 3 would be refunded for a total of $571 and the other 2 were coming up non refundable due to a food and wine trip I had taken with my wife. We were told there was some formula base upon how many days you had been in the parks. Obviously that is ridiculous because we paid for a period of usage not a set amount of days. Eventually the CM said she used her own calculator and came up with the refund amount with was basically the 4 months of closure. I don't know if this is consistent but don't accept the difference between a 7 day pass etc. vs an AP. If this helps anyone I will have paid it forward.
