My birthday weekend in Orlando

I have had lots of people ask me on several different threads how my birthday at Disney was this weekend and I thought I would just post away on just one threqad - whatever is easier!


Anyways..............

I did not go to MK as planned, I did not want to be alone on my 30th b-day so I changed my plans to inlcude my best friend (yes, Chrissi Pooh) and her DD, my god daughter Julie. We went over to Orlando on Saturday evening and on Sunday we went to Universal, we did both parks and had a great day!! Julie (she is 3) kept saying Happy Birthday to me all day so that was sweet. Let me say though, it was COLD and windy most of the day, did not help it was cloudy all day too!!

The Christmas decorations were going up and I am excited about Grinchmas there, I love the Grinch!!

So even though I did not get to spend my weekend the way I planned it and hoped for, it was still a good day and the most important part.........I WAS NOT ALONE ON THE DAY I TURNED 30!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I didn't know it was your birthday!!!!!! When I turned 30 in January we were on our way to WDW....Driving from Mississippi. John made a zillion 3-0 comments....to the point I was ready to kill him!!! Imagine driving for 13 hours having to hear that your 30!

I can't remember what I did when I turned 30. I know I was with my mom and my kids, but other than shopping and going out to eat somewhere, I don't think I did anything exciting.

Jenn, I was going to be in the Magic Kingdom on my b-day and had planned on being at the other parks the other days. I was going to go over Friday to Monday.
