My above ground pool is cracked

Ugh. I have an old (probably about 15 years) 18' round aboveground pool. Discovered today that it's cracked (the liner is actually poking through the exterior). We just bought a new pump and filter last year, but certainly weren't planning on replacing the pool just yet.

I'd like to get a bigger pool, but there's a deck built around one side (if a circle can be deemed to have a side). I can't get an oval to fit into the deck because it would have to go sideways and that would be too close to the property line.

I wonder if I could do an oval longways and just cut the deck straight?

I wonder if I want to even bother with the pool because we only used it a handful of times last summer.

Nevermind...just wanted to vent.

we filed ours wiht home owners when it cracked then it got very windy and since you let water out for winter it was early spring not opened yet and it caved in and we got a new pool and they even paid the installers too

Really? Someone else had mentioned homeowners to me but I didn't think they'd cover something like that.
