IN reading some posts it sounds like some were asked for deposit or CC number. I wasn"t asked for either of these, and am thinking of calling to make sure my PS is valid! Were you asked for a deposit of CCnumber?

I was not asked for a deposit or a credit card hold. She booked my PS as a Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Event. She gave me a confirmation number so I assume it is valid.

I did not get asked for a cc number, but they did ask if I had my MVMCP tickets and what resort I would be staying at. So, I figure they took the cc number out of Disney's computer system that is now holding my Pop Century reservation. I was told of no deposits and no penalties. Mickey

I was not asked for a cc either and forgot until after I had hung up. Glad to hear others didn't need one either. I've got my PS number so I'm sure it's ok.

No, I wasn't asked for a deposit when booking a PS for the LTT. I just mentioned that I had tickets for MVMCP for Dec. 19, and Scott booked my PS with no problems.

Mickey,

It's customary for Disney to ask what resort you're staying at, everytime you call to make a PS. If a specific restaurant needs a deposit, they will mention it to you. The Dinning department can't take your cc number from your resort reservation. (Which is a relive for all of us! :)) If the Dinning Dept. needs a cc #, they will ask you over the phone.

I was asked for CC# when I booked for MVMCP 12/18 & 12/19.

I'm confused, did you just purchase the tickets to MVMCP over the phone? If so, then yes, Disney requires a cc # for that. Or were you making PS arrangements for the LTT?

Thanks,
Diznee25

I was not asked for one either. They did ask for the resort, and all those other questions like how many trips, kide etc. I think it 's just fine.

I was asked for a credit card to make my PS at the LTT. I did however book it after I had my tickets in hand. If some of you were purchasing tix and making reservations maybe they just used the #. I was told it was a special event and that my card would be cahrged $10 per person if we were a no show. Who knows though maybe it all depends on who you get from day to day.

I made PSs at LTT.

I was asked for a CC# when making a p.s. for the LTT on 12/9. That was after I told the CM I had my MVMCP tickets.

I think it's just a matter of what CM you get and how experienced they are.

You should NOT have to give a CC for the PS at LTT for MNSSHP or MVMCP and I would be VERY surprised if they actually charge anyone's CC a deposit!

They offered this last year as well and never required a CC.

It's just a VERY early PS for those attending the parties. It's not really a package.

I told the CM I had purchased my MVMCP tickets 3 weeks ago, and he didn't asked for a deposit or cc #. I think some of the CM's aren't sure how MVMCP & MNSSHP PS's actually work.

No to both. The only info I was asked to provide was which resort. I booked the LTT for two separate nights, Nov. 30th and Dec. 2nd as we plan on attending MVMCP both nights. The CM was very familar with making my reservation. Sounds like some of the CM's are a little confused:confused:
