Disney Wish Cabin 6558 - NOISE ISSUES - The Points Guy

I also find the TunnelVision ridiculously loud. I get it on a busy sunny afternoon, but at 8 o’clock at night, with maybe 20 people watching the movie, can’t they turn it down a bit? I think sometimes the loud music is supposed to draw you in, believing there are people having a good time. But why keep people up at night just for 10 people? I remember empty bars in Ket West blasting music into the street.

I like night time Funnel vision. It is such a great way to spend an evening. Also I have never found it to be overly loud (especially compared to the pool deck on Royal). I also cannot hear it from inside a stateroom on Deck 10 so I do not understand how it is disruptive?

So funny enough everytime I have walked by Luna when they are having their Club Luna night- it is either completely empty or under 10 people in there. However silent DJ seems more popular and would save the cabins from the noise.
Careful, someone who has "always" seen it packed might accuse you of gaslighting because of your experience of it being empty! (Happened to me on a different platform where the removal of the carnival games in Animal Kingdom was being discussed. Someone was saying how much their family enjoyed it and it was always packed - I shared that I'd never seen anyone playing any of the games there, and she accused me of trying to gaslight her.)

I can just speak for my experiences. I sail during the off season so I can totally believe it would be busy at other times. I think Silent DJ historically seems popular and might solve the issue entirely.

Similar to the parks- I have never been to AK on a level 9 or 10 day so my experience with the carnival games mirrors yours but I can believe on Christmas day it is swamped.

Oh, I totally agree. I was not discounting her experience - it seems like some feel like the moment someone says something different than their experience, it's assumed you're saying they are lying. People can have very different experiences.

I haven't been on the Wish or Treasure yet, so I have no experience to go by. :)

Sound moves in funny ways. We have a finished walkout basement which acts as our entertainment room, there are nights where my kids 2 floors up will complain about the TV being loud. Only it isn't loud, it's just the frequency of the bass can be disruptive at times.

Now I'm wondering about our Destiny trip in December. We are 6554, so right above the Triton Lounge also. I was trying to get as middle and low as possible for less motion but now wonder if I should move.

I have stayed in 6550 so just two doors down and did not hear a peep on the Wish.

On the Destiny, the 'club' that had the loud music late at night would be the Saga - it has the balcony and the high roof which might cause the sound to 'spread' more? Depends on your tolerance level. Mine, obviously, is pretty low! Maybe going up just one deck would help? How long is the cruise? I just looked at the Deck plans - wow, a lot of entertainment on different decks than the classic ships. I once stayed on the Magic Deck 1. Got a very good deal last minute. There aren't many cabins down there. I did have two little port holes and it was SO quiet! At first I was disappointed but it turned out to be perfect for me.
